vue运行时报错：Cannot destructure property `compile` of 'undefined' or 'null'

VUE项目运行命令：npm run dev的时候报错。错误提示：TypeError: Cannot destructure property `compile` of 'undefined' or 'null'

经过分析，发现是因为webpack-dev-server版本过高导致。

进入到项目中，运行如下命令：

npm install -D [email protected]
