Anaconda3-Python3.7中安装TensorFlow后Numpy报错

Windows 7,64位，Anaconda3，Jupyter。

第一次安装TensorFlow，先用的Anaconda Navegator GUI安装，搜索安装后一直卡在“Solving package specifications”，无法安装成功。

尝试在Anaconda Prompt中输入 pip install tensorflow，成功。

TensorFlow1.13版本将正式支持Python3.7，目前还未正式发布，可以安装RC版本。

注意：同时需要把NumPy升级到最新版本 pip install tensorflow pip install numpy --upgrade，否则会报错“ImportError: numpy.core.multiarray failed to import”。
