英文版windows不能正常显示中文字体，解决方法

The Chinese fonts, such as '仿宋', are not displayed properly in English version ms windows 10, even after I have installed the font. The reason seems to be the font '仿宋' is named 'nsimsun', so the OS does not know how to render the font '仿宋'. (I am not very sure about this.)
