问题 : 无法启动此程序,因为计算机中丢失api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll
解决
1, 首先把C:\Windows\SysWOW64\的api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll删除掉，然后重新安装api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll。
2, 安装 Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015
