PHP Ueditor 的删除部分功能键

本次使用的是PHP完整版的Ueditor，其他版本应该差不多。

配置 ueditor.config.js 的 toolbars 的选项。

//工具栏上的所有的功能按钮和下拉框，可以在new编辑器的实例时选择自己需要的重新定义
