django2.2 python3运行错误

报错如下：

RuntimeError: Model class UsersManage.models.UsersInfo doesn't declare an explicit app_label and isn't in an application in INSTALLED_APPS.

解决方法

pip install django==2.1.7

原因

尚不明确，可能事版本更新后做的一些改动，但是我并不清楚改动了哪里
