Some characters cannot be mapped using "ISO-8859-1"

   今天在myEclipse里保存一属性文件，老是报错：some characters cannot be mapped using "ISO-8859-1"，看到这个以为编码设置错了，检查了好几遍，编码都是设置成UTF-8，这边的"ISO-8859-1"是哪里冒出来的，好奇怪？上网查找找到了原因，原来myEclipse一些文件默认是以ISO-8859-1的编码来保存的。

    解决方案如下：
    my eclipse --> window --> Preferences --> General --> Content Types --> Text --> 找到JSP或Java Properties File或...
然后在最下面修改为UTF-8格式，update 即可
