第一步、File -> Settings

第二步、Editor -> File and Code Templates -> Includes -> File Header

file header  定义

        1、点击 + 新建 MyGroup组  

        2、点击 + 新建 live template 模板

定义  模板应用  类型

在 java 中输入  act  引用 live template
