在maven引用的settings.xml中，加入

<pluginGroups>
    ......
    <pluginGroup>com.atlassian.maven.plugins</pluginGroup>
  </pluginGroups>

......代表其他的代码，此处只需要在pluginGroups中加入那一行代码即可。
