我也是在settings里改了大半天，在瞎之前，终于填上了这个坑。
网上说：file->settings->Editor->General->Console里面的console commands history size
亲测，无效！
正解:设置Console&Terminal字体大小：Editor>Colors&Fonts>Console Font
pycharm terminal字体太小
