epel 使用报错

在CentOS 操作系统最小安装后，安装第三方源仓库--EPEL 后进行yum 缓存更新操作出现以下报错

Cannot retrieve metalink for repository: epel/x86_64. Please verify its path and try again

解决步骤如下：
1.更新CA证书
yum upgrade ca-certificates --disablerepo=epel

2.YUM依赖组件对SSL协议版本的支持问题，已知EPEL网站当前仅支持TLS1.2和TLS1.3
yum -y update yum curl wget openssl --disablerepo=epel

在进行上述步骤后，可测试yum repolist 运行情况
