今天进行负载均衡的测试的时候想查询一下数据库相关信息百度了下找到解决方案为：

SELECT SERVERNAME = CONVERT(NVARCHAR(128),SERVERPROPERTY('SERVERNAME')) 
,LOCAL_NET_ADDRESS AS 'IPAddressOfSQLServer'
,CLIENT_NET_ADDRESS AS 'ClientIPAddress'

获取服务器名称：

获取IP地址可以使用xp_cmdshell执行ipconfig命令：
