(1)调整eclipse设置
windows ---preferences--general--workspace--Text file ecoding
设置为other:utf-8
(2)打开项目，在resources中
右击application.properties,右键菜单中选择properties，框内部分修改为utf-8
乱码-eclipse显示中文16进制的
