NPM5之后执行 npm cache clean报错
错误信息如下：
D:\Users\wb-xyj274387\Documents\monitor-admin>npm cache clean

解决方案 由于 npm 5 使用了新的包管理模式，所以在升级之后，请先清空一下本地缓存：
npm cache clean --force 。
如果上边没办法解决问题，可以尝试下边的指令：
npm cache clear --force && npm install --no-shrinkwrap --update-binary
