在ubuntu13.10下，eclipse的菜单不能够正常显示，那么建立一个快捷方式，将菜单那会软件窗口显示就正常了。cp 如下代码，注意eclipse的路径是你自己的文件路径。
启动终端输入：sudo gedit /usr/share/applications/eclipse.desktop
编辑后保存。使用这个快捷方式启动就可以了。
