何谓alembic？
alembic是SQLAlchemy的作者写的项目迁移（migrate）库。如果你熟悉django或者flash开发，这个开源库肯定不陌生。
官方的解释是“Alembic是一个轻量级的数据库迁移工具，可与SQLAlchemy数据库工具箱for Python一起使用。”
