在配置的时候会发生一系列不起眼的错误,在我刚开始配置的时候就忘记串口3的时钟是APB1的了如果想用printf发送串口3发送的数据,那就要把串口3映射到printf上例如:

return ch;}
以上增加串口的程序就大功告成了
