解决方案：

debug启动Spring boot项目的时候，项目没有启动起来。log最后一行，显示Disconnected from the target VM, address: ‘127.0.0.1:51458’, transport: ‘socket’。

看到这，第一个感觉就是端口被占用了。

1.解决端口占用问题，首先查看端口的启动情况

win+R 输入cmd打开DOS命令框。输入：netstat -ano | findstr 8060 其中8060是我服务的端口号。

显示这种，说明后台8060端口还在运行，PID为10316。杀掉端口进程，重启程序就行。

2.杀掉进程，两种方法任选其一：

1、ctrl + alt + delete ，启动任务管理器 ，根据PID(也就是上面的10316)找到对应的进程，右键点击结束任务(E)即可

2、根据 tasklist | findstr 10316。查询时什么程序正在占用8060端口。其中10316就是上面查询到的PID。

然后直接继续执行 taskkill /f /t /im java.exe即可
