在网上查询了一些资料，终于解决了
首先：查看vmx文件中ethernet0.generatedAddress（记事本等文本编辑器）
然后：把/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0文件中的HWADDR修改为第一步查看的
最后：service network restart
ifconfig命令可以查看到eth0的信息
