从1-16每个问题的求解方法如下:

1. EV = PV to date * percent complete = 1000 * 100% = 1000

2. EV = 1500 * 100% = 1500

3. EV = 1500 * 100% = 1500

4. EV = 2000 * 60% = 1200

5. EV = 3000 * 30% = 900

6. EV = PV(1) = 2000

7. EV = PV(2) = 2000

8. EV = PV(c) + PV(d) + PV(e) = 1000 + 200 + 900 = 2100

    重点解释一下8中的PV(c),PV(d)和PV(e)。PV(c)在右侧的完成度是100%,所以是1000。PV(d)是2000 * 60% - 1000 = 200,因为是要按顺序完成,而PV(c)是只完成了1000中的3000 * 30%,即完成了900。

9. EV = 2000 + 2000 + 2100 = 6100

10. PV = 2000 + 2000 + 3000 = 7000

11. AC = 2200 + 2500 +2500 = 7200

12. CV = EV - AC = 6100 - 7200 = -1100

13. SV = EV - PV = 6100 - 7000 = -900

14. CPI = EV / AC ≈ 84.7%

15. SPI = EV / PV ≈ 84.1%

16. EAC = 15000 / CPI ≈ 17710

17. Estimated time to complete = 6 weeks / SPI ≈ 7 weeks
