首次启动报错com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure

每次电脑重启后或者待机第二天启动项目的时候就会报错：

com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure
