安装Xinference，运行报错：
ImportError: cannot import name ‘get_full_repo_name’ from ‘huggingface_hub’ (D:\AllPath\Anaconda3\envs\xinference\lib\site-packages\huggingface_hub_init_.py)

解决方法：pip install chardet
