为啥我的pip安装spleeter时报错,求python大神援助

今天我在网上发现了一个叫spleeter的东西,我想下一个玩玩,结果pip安装的时候老报错

卡在了 Preparing metadata (pyproject.toml) ...这一步,然后就报错了,试过清除缓存,没用

命令是对的

pip install spleeter

几乎pip国内外的原都试过了

也更新或者降级过setuptool,也没用,我的python版本是最新版(3.12)

系统是Windows11的

pip升级到最新了

环境变量也是配置好的

有没有大神帮帮忙呀
