win10Pycharm中运行脚本提示“Python was not found but can be installed from the Microsoft Store:”的问题

在执行curl命令的时候，报错提示：
Python was not found but can be installed from the Microsoft Store: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?linkID=2082640

解决办法：
1、点击win10桌面右下角的搜索框，搜索“管理应用执行别名”。
