再删除装Ubuntu的盘
系统下载解压

解压到10g的磁盘

安装-配置-写入
title install ubuntu
root (hd1,1)
kernel (hd1,1)/vmlinuz boot=casper iso-scan/filename=/ubuntu-22.04.2-desktop-amd64.iso ro quiet splash locale=zh_CN.UTF-8
initrd (hd1,1)/initrd
（1，1）表示E盘，从E盘读取安装文件
关闭自动启动
BIOS
安装Ubuntu
