安装postgres10 出现了以下问题:
Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly.The database cluster initialisation failed
系统是win10 64 ，解决方案如下:
1.控制面板-用户账户-> 添加用户postgres，并赋予管理员权限
2.把postgres安装包安置在c盘
3.cmd-runas /user:postgres cmd.exe-cd [安装包路径]-postgresql-10.4-1-windows-x64.exe
执行成功
如果还未解决，网上还有安装包修改语言->chinese sra等其他方法等待尝试
