1：CEPH 是啥
CEPH是一款集群软件，运行形式为：常驻后台进程
能被两种方式管理：
系统启动即 sysvinit
/etc/init.d/ceph [options] [command] [demons]
:以service启动
service ceph [options] [command] [demons]
option的可选值的集合有:-v -a -c
-v or --verbose:used for verbose logging
-a or --allhost :executes on all node mentioned in ceph.conf,otherwise on localhost

-c or --conf:
commands的可选值的集合有:status start stop restart forcestop
这个用来修饰后面的daemons参数
daemon的可选值的集合有:mon osd, mds, cep-rdosgw,
如果这个参数未指定表示上述全部组件，也可以是daemon_ID
