使用方式：

登录云端服务器，双击桌面上的”cmd - 快捷方式“

使用下面命令进行Windows端代码更新和编译：

1.syncwebrtc:更新代码
2.gnwebrtc:生成ninja文件
3.buildwebrtc:编译WebRTC代码
