Error记录：bash: ./arm-none-linux-gnueabi-gcc: 没有那个文件或目录

ubuntu16.04-64bit安装arm-2009q3出现了这个问题，以前用的ubuntu14.04-32bit并没有这样的问题。

Goole的解决办法是：The problem has been solved, because I installed the amd64.iso linux system,so first must excuse apt-get install lsb-core,then you can excuse arm-linux-gcc -v。
执行apt-get install lsb-core命令就可以解决。
