dedecms发布文章 提示信息乱码

找到article_add.php（本身是utf-8），搜索$title = htmlspecialchars(cn_substrR($title,$cfg_title_maxlen)); 改为$title = htmlspecialchars(cn_substrR($title,$cfg_title_maxlen),ENT_COMPAT ,’GB2312’); 并把文件改成gb2312（这样在gb2312版本也可以使用了，并可以发布文章）乱码时系统不能读取中文 也就是gb2312的内容 所以不能发布文章
