这个错其实是网络不通。
（1）看ping是否通 比如 ping baidu.com
（2）若（1）不通，并且之前能ping通，则重启网卡。
centos6的网卡重启方法：service network restart
centos7的网卡重启方法：systemctl restart network
安装软件报错No more mirrors to try.
