解决在云服务器（操作系统：Ubuntu16.04）使用阿纳康达启动jupyter笔记本可能出现的错误问题
本人试过网上的其他办法，说是要创建配置文件，修改配置文件，但都不能解决。
以下是本人的解决办法：在云服务器（操作系统：Ubuntu16.04）使用阿纳康达启动jupyter笔记本可能出现的错误提示：

解决办法：jupyter-notebook --ip = 0.0.0.0或者jupyter notebook --ip = 0.0.0.0或者jupyter-notebook --ip = 0.0.0.0 --port = 8080或者jupyter notebook --ip = 0.0.0.0 - port= 8080
运行以上任一条命令之后，会出现如下信息：
whh@ubuntu:~$ jupyter-notebook --ip=0.0.0.0
