Android 上拉下拉界面的弹性ScrollView效果实现

1.需求:像Ios那样上拉下拉实现动画回弹效果

效果图:

2.具体实现:继承ScrollView,重写dispatchTouchEvent()方法,判断上下滑动,计算距离,手指松开后实现动画效果,回到正常布局位置。
