Ubuntu16.04解决无法使用apt-get install的问题和如何使用格式为exfat的u盘的方法

1）使用apt-get install时出现

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

解决方法: 1)  sudo dpkg --configure -a

                 2)   sudo apt-get update (如果update速度很慢可以考虑切换ubuntu的下载源)

2）要使用exfat格式的u盘安装

    使用：sudo apt-get install exfat-utils 即可
