Tomcat异常Illegal access：this web application instance has been stopped already

org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoader loadClass  信息: Illegal access: this web application instance has been stopped already (the eventual following stack trace is caused by an error thrown for debugging purposes as well as to attempt to terminate the thread which caused the illegal access, and has no functional impact)


大多数朋友的问题原因：因为在tomcat重启的时候，因为之前的tomcat中的线程还没有完全关闭，新启动tomcat就会报这个异常，不过这个不影响正常使用，


我的原因：在服务器程序启动的时候报出这个异常，原因是在程序启动的时候，自己定义的过滤器内部异常，造成启动失败。

仔细查看启动日志，一定能发现问题
