infoIntent.setFlags(Intent.FLAG_ACTIVITY_SINGLE_TOP | Intent.FLAG_ACTIVITY_CLEAR_TOP); //设置activity launchmode
PendingIntentinfoPendingIntent = PendingIntent.getActivity(this, 0, infoIntent, 0); //最后一个参数可以是PendingIntent.FLAG_UPDATE_CURRENT 如果id 相同就更新不同的数据
NotificationCompat.Builder mBuilder = new NotificationCompat.Builder(this)
       .setContent(mRemoteViews)  //mRemoteViews自定义view

填充布局

mRemoteViews = new RemoteViews(getPackageName(),R.layout.float_ball);

这样就可以设置常驻通知栏的item
