工具类(1)--- C C++ 获取指定文件的md5

昨天要用到Md5,一开始搞完一个,但是md5的值会随着文件的位置改变而改变,折腾了好久,下面的代码可以完好实现获取md5的值。提供了16位和32位两种算法。
