利用v-if控制router-view，在路由容器组件，如APP.vue中实现一个刷新方法

  <router-view v-if="isRouterAlive"/>
</template>
<script>
export default {
 data () {
   return {
     isRouterAlive: true
   }
 },
 methods: {
   reload () {
     this.isRouterAlive = false
     this.$nextTick(() => (this.isRouterAlive = true))
   }   
 }
}
</script>

然后其它任何想刷新自己的路由页面，都可以这样：

this.$root.reload()

如果$root节点不是路由容器组件，可以使用provide / inject来传递reload
