Check the 'Offline work' under 'Global Gradle settings'
It will reduce 90% gradle build time.
将offline work选项关闭，否则不在线下载依赖

最简单的方法，亲测有效，就是改一下gradle-wrapper.properties中的distributionUrl将
distributionUrl=https\://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-4.4-all.zip
改成
distributionUrl=http\://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-4.4-all.zip其实这里的区别就是https和http。
