新安装的mysql，程序初始建立连接要花费10秒，
查询mysql error日志，发现
。。。 could not be resolved: Temporary failure in name resolution
经网上分享，如下操作
在mysql的配置文件my.cnf中
[mysqld]
节点添加下面两行
skip-host-cache
skip-name-resolve
重启服务service mysql restart
mysql could not be resolved: Temporary failure in name resolution
