【Error】youcompleteme 错误 The ycmd server SHUT DOWN

安装vim插件之后遇到的问题，错误log：

The ycmd server SHUT DOWN (restart with ':YcmRestartServer'). YCM core library not detected

解决方案，具体原因没有深究：

cd ~/.vim/plugged/YouCompleteMe 
./install.py
