无法正常启动数据库

 无法正常启动数据库，先用mount 状态启动，清除非归档日志。

alter database clear unarchived logfile group 3;

SQL> conn / as sysdba
Connected to an idle instance.
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

SQL> startup mount
ORACLE instance started.
