Clone 下载新文件
1、File - clone Repository -URL 粘贴 https://github.com/hmkcode/Java.git 选择文件夹点击clone
2、Upload 上传文件
首先点击current repository，选择仓库名（没有仓库名的话就需要先克隆库文件，然后仓库名就显示了，之后再选择你的文件夹上传即可）， File Add local repository 添加本地文件夹，add repository ,如果文件夹有改变，点击最下面的commit to master Fetch origin即可
3、新建库
File - new repository 输入库名 本地上传地址
