关于 NSFoundationVersionNumber
NSFoundationVersionNumber 是Foundation框架的版本号，是一个 double 型数值。
iOS & macOS 系统升级的同时Foundation框架的版本也会提高，所以可以使用这个数值来判断当前运行的系统版本。
但系统在 iOS 9.4 和 macOS 10.11 后，就没有匹配的常量值来判断这个版本号，所以获取系统版本不推荐这个方法。
实际更高版本的 foundation 值还是会变化，而非固定，所以也可以继续用。如：
macOS 10.13.6 ： 1454.900000
macOS 10.14：15555.100000
其他版本欢迎提供。
