STM32的程序，用keil软件编译时出现RL-ARM is not allowed with this license的错误，是因为没有注册成功。
注册需要两个，一个实时操作系统，一个MDK-ARM。
步骤如下：
1.keil -> file -> license management
复制CID
2.将CID复制到KEIL_Lic.exe中
3.将生成的序号添加到keil的license management中
