windows 7安装CartoCss
更新npm
确保npm比较新，不然安装会出错
npm -g install npm
更新到指定版本npm -g install [email protected]
安装CartoCss
npm install -g carto
运行carto
TileMill安装下载地址：http://tilemill.s3.amazonaws.com/latest/TileMill-v0.10.1-Setup.exe
安装后找到对应默认的工程目录：
C:\Users\用户名\Documents\MapBox\project下面有工程，找到任意一个进去运行carto project.mml > mapnik.xml就会生成对应的XML文件。
