关于maven项目下启动tomcat报错

eclipse启动tomcat报错: 

严重: Error configuring application listener of class org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener，如图：

解决办法如下：

右键项目-》Properties-》如图：

最后重新clean项目，重启tomcat即可。
