微信小程序 获取地理位置（省市县）

配置过程：

1、在腾讯平台申请自己的秘钥（申请地址：https://lbs.qq.com/console/mykey.html）
一定要记住自己的秘钥，程序中会用到

2、小程序平台设置request安全域名

3、下载腾讯地图api js文件

4、放到自己的微信小程序目录中，我放到util文件夹了

注意

可能出现的bug：小程序一直提示请求来源未被授权, 此次请求来源域名：servicewechat.com
解决办法：在域名白名单这里一定去掉域名，否则出现上述错误
