Failed to collect dependencies问题

今天处理maven的时候出现

Failed to execute goal on project project-name: Could not resolve dependencies for project xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:jar:1.0: Failed to collect dependencies for [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:jar:1.0 (compile), ......]

先打包父工程，在打包子工程就可以解决上述问题。
