第一步：下载wget
yum -y install wget
第二步：备份一下默认的wget
mv /etc/yum.repos.d /etc/yum.repos.d.backup
第三步：设置一下新的yum的目录
mkdir /etc/yum.repos.d
第四步：下载阿里的配置
wget -O /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo http://mirrors.aliyun.com/repo/Centos-7.repo
第五步：重新建立缓存
yum clean all
yum makecache
第六步：升级所有包
yum update -y时间较长等着吧。
